2. Superman Holds

  • Lie flat on your stomach, lift your arms and legs off the ground, and hold for 20 seconds.

  • Do 3–4 sets.

3. Towel Lat Pulldowns

Use a long towel and pull both ends down as if you’re doing lat pulldowns.

  • 4 sets × 15 reps

  • Squeeze your back hard at the bottom of each rep.

4. One-Arm Backpack Rows

Fill a backpack with books or bottles and use it for rows.
